This event brought together over thirty participants from diverse legal backgrounds and fully reflected FABA\u2019s mission to foster dialogue and exchange between French, American and anglo-saxon legal cultures. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The conference, entitled \u201cShould justice be subject to payment? Comparative perspectives from France, the United States and the United Kingdom,\u201d generated strong interest and sparked thoughtful and engaging discussions. The richness of the exchanges and the active participation of attendees highlighted the relevance of this topic, which lies at the heart of contemporary debates on access to justice. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FABA warmly thanks <strong>LERINS<\/strong> for hosting the event and the cocktail reception that followed.
