Anna Klein
Vice-President
Anna Klein is a lawyer admitted to the Marseille and New York Bars. She holds a degree in international and comparative law from Aix-Marseille University and an LLM in International Legal Studies from NYU School of Law.
She then began her career in New York with a lawyer specializing in soft IP (copyright and trademarks). Upon returning to France, she practiced at international law firms in Paris in film law and IP/IT, then in Aix/Marseille in contract law.
In 2021, she decided to found her own firm, which focuses on intellectual property, personal data protection, and commercial contracts. She continues to serve French and international clients, and is notably listed by the U.S. Embassy.
Alongside her work as a lawyer, Anna is also conducting research as part of her PhD. The subject of her thesis is a comparative study of US copyright law and French copyright law.
It was in New York that Anna discovered FABA, where she took part in numerous events. So it was only natural that, upon her return to France, she became actively involved in the association’s activities and contributed to its development, before becoming its vice president.
